Develop your Leadership-Agility-Skills with Michael Hamman

COVID-19 has generated a global disruption of a magnitude few of us now living have ever experienced, reminding us that we truly do live in world of volatility, unpredictability, complexity, and ambiguity—we live, that is, in a VUCA world.

We believe, that everyone should be able to show Agility in her Leadership. So we invited Michael Hamman, US-author and Leadership Coach for a Webinar. Michael created a short introduction video. See live what he has to tell us about this topic. Have fun.

What it is about

In this free four-part webinar series about Leadership Agility / Agile Leadership, we will dive into these three territories of our leadership and establish for ourselves a baseline understanding of what it means to lead—within ourselves, our families, our communities, and our workplaces—in a VUCA world. The sessions are interactive and highly conversational. Expect to be inspired, challenged, and equipped with practical wisdom to take home to work with you.

Sessions

Inner Leadership (May 12th) – Session #1: We will investigate the nature of inner leadership called for, within each of us, as we step increasingly into a VUCA world.

Inner Sensemaking (May 19th) – Session #2: We take a deeper dive into the nature of our inner sensemaking, We will examine the predominant worldview and fixed sensemaking frame of reference that determines our most predominant patterns of thinking.

Relationships (May 26th) – Session #3: We will explore the territory of relationship. I assert that relationships—and the capacity to engage intelligently and skillfully in relationships—are key to our collective ability to operate with satisfaction and intended impact in a VUCA world.

Organization (June 9th) – Session #4: We expand out into the territory of organization. Here we identify a key mindset shift called for in our role as change agents—whether the organizational scope be that of an individual team or that of an entire organization: from controlling to influencing; from directing to building capability.
